How to Check the iOS Version With Your Computer?

If Your iOS Device is Not Recognized By Your Computer?

It is not a general problem, but in case it happens to you, you can use these simple troubleshooting techniques:

  1. When you connect your iOS device, make sure it is unlocked and you’re on the Home screen.
  2. Whether you are using Mac or Windows, make sure it is updated. If you are using iTunes, it should also be updated.
